By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales and purchases and were most recently updated on 01 July 2016. Patchwork Garden reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed  by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute which may arise between them. How to Order

Orders can be placed online on our website or alternatively by phone, email or post. Please quote your full name and address when placing an order. All prices shown on the Patchwork Garden website include VAT. Both ex VAT and inc VAT prices are shown at checkout and will be added to invoices where applicable.

Payment Terms

You may pay by PayPal or by using your credit card via PayPal. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. We are not able to offer any terms of credit. All orders must be paid in full before goods will be dispatched.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after order agreement. Delivery within the mainland UK is by Royal Mail or Collect+ courier. Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you for the cost of redelivery. For orders outside of the UK, carriage will be charged at cost, price available on application. Customs charges may be payable locally on orders sent outside of the UK. We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment or road traffic problems.

Damaged/Missing Goods & Returns

In the event of Patchwork Garden supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately using any of the methods listed on the Patchwork Garden website. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Any faulty item will be replaced, or refunded (at our discretion). You have the right to cancel any contract that you have entered in to with us for up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. All items returned must be in an unopened, unused condition, and returned to us at your cost within this period. We endeavour to have the items you want available for delivery as soon as you order them. If an item is out of stock we will contact you. Wedo not operate a back order system. WHilst we endeavour to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, we advise you to check the label or product packaging prior to use.


The prices quoted are correct at the time of display on the Patchwork Garden website. Patchwork Garden Ltd reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Patchwork Garden reserves the right to amend the amount due and will contact you directly to discuss.

If the postage for your items is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk/weight of the item being shipped we reserve the right to contact you with an amended rateand will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.
